Compliance, Legal Terms & Operational Assurance

Last updated: February 6, 2026

These Compliance, Legal Terms & Operational Assurance (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Feasy Weighing System and any related websites, applications, integrations, services, documentation, and features (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Feasy Tech (“Feasy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Purpose and Scope

Feasy Weighing System is designed to support industrial weighing workflows by digitizing data capture, traceability, evidence handling (including photos/files), and reporting. The Service may be deployed in cloud, private, or hybrid environments, depending on the Customer’s configuration and agreement with Feasy.

2. Not Legal, Regulatory, or Certification Advice

The Service is provided as a digital tool that may support compliance and audit readiness; however:

  • Feasy does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, safety, or certification advice.
  • The Service does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, standard, or certification requirement.
  • References to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, GMP, or similar frameworks are for compatibility and support purposes only and do not constitute a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of audit results.
  • You remain fully responsible for your compliance obligations, certifications, internal policies, and audit outcomes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Defining and approving your weighing procedures, tolerances, acceptance criteria, sampling, and control plans.
  • Ensuring your operators, supervisors, and administrators are trained and authorized.
  • Controlling who has access to the Service, including user provisioning, role assignments, credential protection, and device security.
  • Maintaining and calibrating weighing instruments, scales, and any connected devices.
  • Validating any configuration, automation, or integration (ERP/MES/LIMS/other) used with the Service.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legal adequacy of all records and evidence you collect.

4. Data Integrity, Records, and Evidence

The Service may record timestamps, user identifiers, device information, workflow context, weights, photos, attachments, and metadata. You acknowledge and agree:

  • Data integrity depends on correct configuration, user behavior, device integrity, and the correctness of the inputs.
  • If you allow manual entry, the Service cannot independently verify the truthfulness of human input.
  • Photos and attachments are treated as evidence objects; Feasy does not independently verify authenticity unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. Formula Confidentiality, Encryption, and IP Protection

Feasy recognizes that formulations, recipes, and process logic may be trade secrets and critical intellectual property.

  • Encryption and access protection: Formula and formulation data is designed to be protected using encryption in transit and at rest, where applicable to your deployment model. Access to formulas is restricted using role-based permissions and authorization controls (“Zero-Trust” approach), so users only see what is required for their assigned role.
  • Operational visibility controls: You may configure workflows so that operators only see “what to weigh and how much,” without full formula logic. You remain responsible for determining the correct access model for your organization.
  • Customer ownership: You retain all rights, title, and interest in your formulas, formulations, processes, and data. Feasy does not claim ownership over Customer data.

6. Security and Availability

Feasy implements technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Service and Customer data. Actual security posture depends on the deployment model (cloud/private/hybrid), Customer configuration, and third-party dependencies.

7. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, MES, LIMS), devices, or APIs. Feasy is not responsible for third-party availability, security, accuracy, or changes in third-party services, nor for failures caused by third-party systems.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass authentication controls, reverse engineer the system, or upload malicious code. Feasy may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk or violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Customer is typically the “controller” for personal data collected in the Customer’s organization. Feasy acts as a “processor” or service provider role where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper legal basis to collect and process personal data of your employees and users.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Feasy disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Feasy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific audit outcome will be achieved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Feasy’s total cumulative liability will not exceed the amounts paid by Customer to Feasy for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend and indemnify Feasy from claims arising from Customer’s use of the Service in violation of these Terms, Customer data, or Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws.

13. Audit Readiness and Records Retention

Feasy supports audit readiness via traceability and logs. However, Customer is responsible for defining retention periods, export routines, and record governance policies.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

Feasy may update the Service and these Terms periodically to improve security or functionality. Material changes will be communicated.

15. Governing Law and Venue

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement with Feasy. If no separate agreement exists, governing law will be determined by Feasy’s principal place of business.

16. Contact
